July 16, 2022 0

              Transition Preset Pack Download

i wasn't sure i was gonna make this video i wasn't sure if you guys were ready for it but you know what i said the heck with it let's do it in today's video i'm gonna be showing you guys how to make three essential transitions in  Alight Motion  not only are these transitions essential to know they will make your videos pop they will make your videos slack they will make your videos 10 times better just by using these transitions and you can make them all entirely in adobe Alight Motion

we're not going to use after effects none of that so who's ready if you're ready hit the like button down below and let's get right into it first transition i'm going to be showing you guys how to make is a simple flash transition i actually think that the default additive dissolve transition that Alight Motion  has is absolute garbage so we're actually gonna make this flash transition completely from scratch so let's just check it out so you can see it just hits on the beat it slaps on the beat and it makes the video knock harder

so let's get into how to make this from scratch what you want to do is come down here to your left panel and go to where it says new item hit adjustment layer go ahead and just hit okay it's as easy as that and you're just going to pull that into your timeline right here in order to make this effect you're going to come up here to your effects panel you're going to type in brightness and contrast pretty simple pretty self-explanatory and we're just going to make this flash transition lasts about six frames start here at the very beginning

se

we're just gonna tab over six frames one two three four five six we're just gonna chop this excess off right there we're gonna come to this middle frame right here and we're gonna make two keyframes one on brightness one on contrast so we're just gonna go ahead and bring up the brightness a ton we're gonna change the contrast a ton and we're just gonna get creative with it you know play around with it there's no right answer there's no right way to make these flash transitions this is just one way to do it that i think is super dope you're gonna go three frames to the left one two three this is where the very beginning is and we're just gonna reset these parameters right here so that's just gonna make a new keyframe right here at the beginning and set both of these values back to zero so now when i tab over you can see it gets really bright now we're gonna go all the way to the last frame on the right one two three and we're gonna do the same thing we're just gonna reset so it's gonna get really bright and then it's gonna go right back to normal at the very end take this adjustment layer and place it over two clips just like that so now let's check that out pretty easy very simple love this effect flash transition all the way it will always be one of those effects that i use in every single type of edit i do i think making them from scratch looks way better than additive dissolve let's move on to our next effect

so this next effect is so dope it's just a quick blur effect it's a super subtle way to transition from one clip to the next i really love this effect i think it slaps it makes the beat go crazy so let's check it out so i don't even know if you guys noticed it or not but there is a transition happening in between these two clips right here and you can see right there it just gets blurry and then it goes back to normal so check this out now there's no transition at all right here so it just goes right into the next clip what we want to do to make this transition work is just go three frames to the left from this cut one two three and then you wanna slice that clip like it's some turkey on thanksgiving so we're just gonna make a cut right there and we're gonna go six frames to the right one two three four five six we're gonna make another cut right there and we're just gonna take both of these clips that we just cut and right click them and hit nest nesting will basically bake both of those clips into a little layer so they're their own clip now you basically combine two clips into one basically so pretty cool feature in adobe Alight Motion  and then what you got to do is come up here to your effects tab and just look up this effect called fastboard

                      XML LINK HERE

we're gonna throw one of them puppies on there and we're just gonna hit this blurriness right in the middle we're gonna keyframe this blurriness but not for horizontal and vertical no no no no that looks really blurry not really cool at all do not do that so we're just gonna pick horizontal or vertical for this i'm gonna go with the horizontal classic and we're just gonna increase the blur amount as much as we want so we can get very blurry as you can see like this but when you pick horizontal you get these kind of streaks across the screen instead of having horizontal and vertical where it's just all blurry that's why i like using horizontal and vertical personally and then what you got to do is go to the very beginning and we're going to go ahead and reset that keyframe we're going to go all the way to the end and hit reset again so now it's going to get not blurry then it gets blurry and then it gets not blurry again so let's check it out in full motion right here let's move on to the last transition which is also probably the most fire transition you can learn how to make there's a lot of ways to make it so let's get into it so for this last example

i'm going to show you guys how to make a quick mask transition in  Alight Motion  masking is essential if you want to be good at editing videos it's something that i use in a lot of projects and there's a lot of ways to go about masking but i'm going to show you guys a creative way to use masking to create a transition in adobe Alight Motion  so check out this mask transition right here very quick very subtle very simple yeah i have my second clip that i'm transitioning to above my first clip that i'm transitioning from so that's step one you gotta have your second clip above your first clip step two is to just start right here at the very beginning and click on your top clip you're going to come up here to opacity and you're going to hit this pen tool right so what you're going to do is on this first frame you're just going to make like a shape or cut out whatever you want to do i like these like jagged cutouts that type of vibe so it looks like that and then what i like to do is decrease the mask feather we don't want that mask feather coming around here from this point you can see our first mask it's pretty dope i love this i love the way it looks a lot of ways to get creative with this so what i'm going to do from here is just keyframe our mask path right there at the first keyframe i'm gonna go ahead and go two frames to the right one two i'm gonna hit another keyframe right here and that's gonna basically just save this mask where it is now

'm gonna go one more frame to the right i'm gonna retrace this mask a little bit so i'm just gonna drag these points out a little bit more now that we're a little bit farther into this transition we're revealing more of that clip underneath just tweaking each point that we've made and we get something like this right so pretty dope and now what we're gonna do is just go two more frames to the right one two we're gonna hit another keyframe on this one so this one saves right now we're just gonna go one more to the right and we're gonna come back up here to our mask and we're just gonna take each of these points and we're gonna keep dragging them out and it's as easy as that guys all you got to do is go frame by frame just drag these points out until you get something that looks dope you might do this a few times before you get a good result now we have that one done we're going to go ahead and finish up now so we're going to come two more to the right one two make our last keyframe there and now we're gonna reveal the entire clip underneath

so now we're gonna go one more to the right and we're gonna highlight our mask and we're just gonna pull all these points to the edges just like that perfect this is excellent great work and boom that's all it takes so now when we kind of hover back over it you can see the transition kind of just popping out at you and when we play that back in real time check out what it looks like thanks so much for watching today's tutorial i'm feeling very excited about these next couple of videos i'm coming out with these effect videos are only going to keep getting better i'm doing a ton of research on how to make better effects and digging deep into some of my old files as well to find old effects that i've used and created

We're going to be spilling that sauce on the internet for the foreseeable future so if you want to be a part of this community and learn and grow with us definitely consider hitting that subscribe button below and if you could only use one of these transitions that i showed you today which one would it be comment down below i'm excited to see some of your guys's responses and if you're a video editor who is serious about making videos and better edits check out my website venturevisuals.com i got a lot of sauce on there you can try out some of my products completely for free so definitely check that out i'll include a link below like i said before i'm excited for these next series of videos so stay tuned and again guys thanks for watching my video i'm jake venner peace out you

Advanced Transition Tutorial

February 22, 2022 0

                     Advanced Transition

Hey guys this is Rc and you are watching my channel Rc edits today i have a very interesting transition tutorial of ntk this is actually slight transition and i'm gonna make you understand everything step by step inside Alight Motion here in Alight Motion.

I have two video clips and all are the best part of the video i organize all the video clips here in timeline on by on and lane of this video clips are one and a half second so guys to make this transition tutorial i'll only apply transform effect before applying transform effect first of all i have to resize all of the clips i keep the first video then on and half second for second video i'm gonna make its length once again.

so i'm gonna take the razor tool and make a cut like here now i'm going back and select selection tool then select this and hit the delete key for the keyboard for the third video clip i'm gonna make it then less than once again okay.

now i'm going back to take razor tool i'm gonna make a cut like here now go back and select selection two select this hit the delete key from the keyboard to delete this portion of the video again click on this blank area and hit the delete key from the keyboard to delete this blank area length of this video will be less than third video now take razor tool and make a cut like here then hit the v key from the keyboard for selection tool now select and delete also delete this space for fit video its size will be less than previous video now hit the c key from keyboard for residual and hit the v key from keyboard for selection to and cut the analysis part of the video for this video its size will be around 8 frames after eight frames later i delete this unnecessary portion of the video now i'm moving forward eight frames to the right and hit the c key for residual and cut this on this part of the video do the same thing for rest of the video i am skipping this part so you don't have to wait.

So guys now i'm moving over there in the effects and searching for transform effect after find out this effect i'm gonna apply this effect to the first video clip okay let's do it now make sure that first video clip is selected now go over there in effect controls and move this time indicator at the very beginning frame now scroll down and i'm gonna add a couple keyframes of position and scale now i'm moving four frames to the right and click this to add another two keyframes.

now i'm moving two frames to the right and i can click this point to add keyframes now i am going back to first keyframes and make scale halo 120 go to the next frame and make its halo again 120 now we can move the time indicator to see the very first animation that we have done just right now well it's time for position now make sure time indicator at the very beginning frame now we have to change the x position drag this video to the right now move the time indicator and see the full animation so guys here is something missing like natural motion blur so to apply this effect we have to scroll down and uncheck this first at first then shutter angle value i'm gonna make its maximum value 360 degree okay now we can move the time indicator again.

so this is our final animation to make this animation is smooth we have to select all the keyframes at first then right click go there and select vca now the animation is better than before apply this transition to the fd clips just copy this transform effect now select the second clip just hold down the ctrl key plus hit v at the same time to paste this effect to the second clip now do the same thing for the third clip just hold down the control key and hit the v key at the same time to apply this transform effect okay do the same thing for every single clip except the last one so guys this is the whole process of making slight transition like bend decay i think guys you all figured it out how to make this transition you can apply sound effect to make it better but i'm not gonna do right now to make this transition smooth go to the sequence and click render into out to render this transition after rendering playback will be much better.

so guys this is the today's slide transition of band tk i hope you really enjoyed this transition see you later in the next tutorial till then goodbye

Smooth Zoom Shake Preset

February 18, 2022 0

                Smooth Zoom Shake Preset

What's up guys welcome back to another Zoom Shake Transition in this video.

we're gonna make the awesome zoom out effect and it's actually pretty darn good in my opinion it's better than Alight Motion, or if it's not better it's pretty close but Before we jump into luma fusion.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone that have purchased my packs and supporting, me that way I really appreciate all the support that you have given me the past couple of months and it's allowed me to just move on and do more awesome tutorials take some time off and just focus on editing those transitions and the tutorials inside of Zoom and in this video

I'm also going, to show you some of the zoom out effects that I've done in Alight Motion and I'm actually gonna, compare them to the luma fusion zoom out effect and actually think the luma fusion zoom out effect is better and the reason for that is simply because I don't know it feels like well I put more effort into making it inside of them of fusion and is it's just it's it's harder to apply and it it's a longer process to apply in luma fusion but maybe maybe that's the that's the thing maybe maybe that's why I like it more than the Alight Motion one because Alight Motion, is just you drag drop and you're done but making it inside of a luma fusion it feels like it's I don't know I don't know it just it just looks awesome and it's I haven't seen anyone before inside of limo fusion and it's like I want to use this it's like.

I want to take this transition this zoom out effect, into my PC and just I need to premiere pro but it's not possible so I don't know let's just jump into the my fusion and start the tutorial so once we're inside of luma fusion we're gonna start by making a new project once you've made the new project.

we're gonna go into our Photos app and find the side clip that we want to zoom out from and in this tutorial, we're going to use story blocks and we're also going to use this eye footage from story blocks so we can make a cool transition as well as a zoom out effect once we place the eye footage on our timeline we can browse through and we can find another clip that we want to place inside the pupil and drag that above to the second layer, then we take the eye clip and we drag it underneath at the end of the second clip that we just added and then we'll make a cut to the footage above the eye so we'll end up with a small clip which is above the eye then.

we're gonna make three ten frame cuts you can follow my example to see what I do [Music] once you made the cuts you go into the last ten frame cuts on the clip which is on the second layer, then we go into frame and fit and we resize the footage so it fits inside the eye and then we also go to cropping and we crop so the footage is only visible inside the pupil you can follow my example to see what I do once you're happy with the placement and the cropping you go over to the first ten frame cut that you have on the second layer and then you go into color and effects and you apply the butterfly effect once you apply the butterfly effect you can follow my example to see the settings that I use once you apply the settings you start by making a keyframe, at the beginning with no settings then you go to the end and you make another keyframe and then you adjust the radius to max the next thing you can do is to copy these settings and apply them to the ten frame cut which is on the first layer of your timeline then you go into edit on this clip and you have the keyframes, and you go to the first keyframe and you can start adjusting the position.

so you're all zoomed in on the pupil you can follow my example to see what I do and the settings are use once you applied all the settings and you're happy with the look you simply copied this effect and you apply it to the clip which is above the one we just edited the next thing we do is we go out and we see how the cropping looks and it doesn't look that good now so what we have to do is go into that clip and start adjusting the position and the cropping to make it fit inside the pupil and to make it follow the pupil the entire time you can follow my example, to see what I do  make sure to add keyframes along the way to make sure that the footage will always be inside the pupil and you will have no problems with the look of it when you're done and to make the transition and the zoom out effect perfect, so once you're done with the placement you can go out to your timeline again and you can play through and you can see what it looks like and you can see that the transition, sotself the zoom out effect it's not quite there yet so we need to go in and make some adjustments so what we're going to do is go into the butterfly effect and we're going to go to the first keyframe.

we're gonna scale everything down, to zero then we're going to go a couple of frames to the right of the middle and make another keyframe and make sure to have everything on zero on this keyframe, as well the transition will now look something like this so the next thing we want to do is to go inside the last ten frame clip that we have on our second layer, and then we want to place the marker exactly where the entire eye is visible and then we want to go into frame and fit and blending and make a keyframe and then we want to go a couple of frames towards the beginning of the clip and make another keyframe, and drag the opacity to zero and the transition will now look something like this and now after adding the transition to the last clip on the second layer we can now take that clip and drag it out so it's longer which makes it easier for us to fade out the effect which is inside the eye and we can easily apply a fade out effect by going into, luma fuchsias transitions and add across the song to the clip and that will look something like this and you can now see that the effect is starting to look more smooth than what we had to begin with and it's only some fine adjustments, we need to do to make this perfect so now let's go into the first 10 frame clip that we have on the second layer.

we're going, to go into color and effects and then we're gonna apply a short zoom then we're going to go to the end of the clip and we're gonna make a key frame and we're going to adjust the zoom to the amount that we want and make sure to adjust the position, of the zoom as we apply the butterfly effect the zoom will not be in the center unless you drag it around and make sure that it is centered during the entire transition, and if you don't do that it will look something like this and this will just look super weird so you have to adjust and you have to look through and make sure that the zoom is always centered inside the transition if it's easier for you you can always apply additional keyframes, to make it easier to find the center and to keep the zoom centered at all time you can follow my example to see how I adjust the center of the zoom once you're done with all the adjustments and the placement of the zoom the transition, will now look something like this and now let's move over to story blocks and apply some more footage that we can apply this effect.

so again we add the ten frame cuts to the clips and now we can simply go over to the previous transitions, and the previous effects that we created on the other clips and we can simply copy those effects and apply them to the next cuts that we made once we apply the effects we might need to do some adjustments depending, on the position where we want the transition to be like this last clip that we added we want to zoom out transition to go from the eye to the face so what we want to do here is to go into that clip and to color and effects and into the butterfly effect and then we want to adjust the position of the butterfly effect and we want that to be on the face so it looks like.

we're zooming, out from that face so once you're done with the adjustments it will look something like this and you can see that we need to make some adjustments to the second transition as well so we're going to start by going into edit on the eye clip then we're going to go to color and effects and we're going to apply a short zoom once, you apply the short soon we're going to make a keyframe at the end of the clip and a keyframe at the beginning.

we're going to go to the keyframe at the end and we're gonna just assume so the zoom is taking up a lot of the black spots inside the footage, and on this clip we also have to adjust the zooms position and make sure that it's always centered inside the clip nd once you're done with all the adjustments the final result will look something like this and now let's compare this LUMO Fusion and zoom-out effect, to what you can create inside of Alight Motion in my opinion I actually think that the zoom out effect that you create inside of LUMO Fusion looks better than the one I created inside a Alight Motion.

So that's how you make this awesome super, or it's it's so good if you want this transition or zoom out effect head over to the description below self I it's there if you want to support me by making a donation when you get these for some zoom out effects please consider doing, that and also don't forget to smash that notification bar and subscribe if you're new to my channel and don't forget to comment below what do you think do you think the luma fusion zoom out effect is more awesome than the one I made in Alight Motion, let me know in the comment section below and I'll see you guys in the next video peace

Zoom + Shake Transition Pack

            Zoom + Shake Transition Pack

I guys stand over them here so I was watching this film this week star was a new hope brilliant film, and I notice through a lot of white transitions in there.

so I thought coming up to Google and find out how many of those transitions are,  actually our innate because there were quite a lot left to write down circular ones etc did the ground under sir I don't know I don't know why they use so many but one of the questions that I would did they write them themselves or did they download them were they just a library transition.

it just a new editor you know what what was the cause of it was the thinking behind it anyway it turns out that there were 31 white transitions, in Star Wars a new hope and that that sort of gave me the idea that basically should do a short video on how to create your own white transition so with that let's get this started [Music] welcome back guys so transitions yes what we're going to be doing will give a doing,

it as zoom transition specifically, a smooth zoom transition that is where your primary voltage zooms in and the second footage zooms in behind it and it's done in a specific way through premiere but you have to do it yourself it's not downloaded it isn't a library transition, it's one you're going to create yourself through peaks of this video obviously by the way I'm just a disclaimer I didn't invent this transition I've got made it up wish I had and I'm also not the first person to a pop video on YouTube about how to make a transition.

we're going to do that now so let's dive into premiere and let's get started we just need to get our clips you can see the timeline still go to the project bin just grab three random clips, drag these across onto the timeline now okay I don't need these sound on these so just remember these clips to get rid of sound boom done okay so got three clips in the timeline no sound they're all playing they're just straight course between each clip next step for us would be we're going to go down to our project bin and we're going to click on new item and then it just moon where you'll leave the settings are same and then.

we're gonna click on adjustment layer again you had to adjustment layer two adjustment layers in our project bin okay so crop only adjustment layers, and drag that onto V 2 at the beginning of the clip for clip two and then grab the second adjustment layer and stack that over the top what we do is just extend the hell a little bit second adjustment layer and that's just so they overlapped clip 1 and clip 2 and I've become apparent later it's needed for the transition so our next step would be to go to the effects panel and click on our first adjustment layer then up on the effects panel here we're gonna type in replicate I'm gonna drag that and drop that onto our first adjustment layer.

I head over there and you can see that there are now four versions of our video playing at the same time now that's not gonna be quite enough, so what I need to do is go to the effects control panel which is here and we're gonna change the count of the replicate to three which gives us nine three roses right okay so what next gonna do is close time and we're going to go to the effects panel or insight mirror and exactly mirror onto the first adjustment laughs first seven layers and we're going to go to the flexion angle, I'm gonna put a value of 19 into that then gonna go to reflection Center which is just the line above it and we're gonna go to do the right hand figure and we're gonna alter that so that the lines don't appear anymore so you can see you've got a line just drag that okay grab never again they're down so that two mirrors now this is a second one what is that one I'm gonna give that value of minus 90 they use the same right.

I'm figure again and you've gotta count to the lines and then when you're okay next you're gonna fight, me right again this is a third time you've done this and you give that value of YT maybe use the left hand thicker and it's like it back onto the screen so we see Lions there they are now make a one-line left which is so the fourth and final time they live straggler on to our from that and you give it a value of 360 and then we look that SAP and black on and so the line needs to disappear, okay so what's it done from there now without me to do that more the next step you need to do it's coming to you the effects power yeah and when it's attacked in there.

I'm store now when they've got transformed, ones we taught that this move back so that's the way in being three you've got a minute and now as providing place what you do is set our playhead at the beginning of the clip that we watch transforming into and transition, into you wouldn't go back sort of between six and ten frames into clip what I like to do it think frames just it depends on how quickly loss though you wanted to go so go back eight frames so one two three four five six seven eight so a backache frames now they're due using the scale icon in transform.

so click start watching their legal value at home good that's putting a keyframe, and then reset our timeline to the beginning into that second clip I go eight frames into the second click on okay once we get there they do is we're going to keep that scale at a value of three hundred we've got another keyframe, in and bring the sense of scale back up so I'll quit fully visible and there we go so now basically what we've got is we've got our clip moving from three sets of three such as one clip when I finish yet we'll go down chose angle here in your transform.

I want to give that a value of 360 now that will give us some but motion blur if I just flip back there you go you can see it's giving us a little bit of motion blur, to it so what I'll do now is I will just render that out quickly and that will show you exactly what your transformation, has done you create your own transition and I'll show you how you smooth the zooms anymore just our auto playing here we go and then.

we have it a smoothing, stick well that's it guys transition all made so we've done that you've got the two tongue you got a two adjustment layers there you know what you do with it all you can obviously refer back to this video if you need to however you can copy and paste that across from one project to another or you can save it in a project file and then import your projects and afterwards, you say that the template etc etc etc and it's just they're fierce cubes you can tweak it as much as you like you can change it however you like it just make it see fit make it longer make it shorter faster make it smoother.

it's just my take on it what I'm gonna do is buy a video at the end of this video just a short clip at the end of this video just so you can see what it would look like with a bit music on and now though the transition, plays out amongst a little bit more bit longer footage because we always use unused three Clips on the tutorial and I'll use a few more Clips so that you can see how it plays out over a longer period  if this video is useful nitiram you liked it please do like and subscribe below and I will see you next week with more tutorials or interesting blogsblogs

Zoom + Wave Transition Tutorial

February 09, 2022 0

Trending zoom + Wave Transition Tutorial

So you want to add camera shake to your next video, I'm gonna show you how to do it right within Alight Motion in this new Alight Motion tutorial.

I'm going to show you two different styles, of camera shake one is more of this earthquake sort of dramatic effect and the other is more of a handheld look, and I'm going to show you two ways to do that one so first with this more earthquake stylized effect this is created by an adjustment layer and the transform effect.

So I've got this basketball clip right here and if I drag this on to my timeline it's a pretty smooth shot nothing's really happening and I've added the camera shake,  whenever the basketball hits the ground so first things first I want to create an adjustment layer and add that to track two so click new item and choose adjustment layer select okay and then just put it on top of your video track.

now I'm gonna zoom in here and you want to zoom in and have the adjustment layer, start right when the ball is hitting the ground and then maybe go for another seven or eight frames half a second or so and then, I'm just going to trim the end of this adjustment layer now adjustment layers, apply whatever effect is applied to that layer to everything beneath it and the reason we use adjustment layers is so that we can easily duplicate this camera shake effect to any clip or throughout this same clip go to your effects bin and type in transform, it should be under your distort properties and place that on the adjustment layer and the effects controls bin will now edit this effect notice though one thing is that you can't apply this sort of movement and rotation effect.

we're going to do just with the basic motion properties of an adjustment layer, see if I move this around or rescale it up or down nothing actually applies to this clip beneath it and that's because only effects that are applied to this adjustment layer, are applied to this basketball layer and that's what this transform effect is so if I move the position around see how I do this now this video clip is moved so the first thing I'm going to do is set a keyframe, for scale at the very beginning of this clip this is tellingAlight Motion that at this point we want the scale to be 100% and we create a keyframe by clicking this little time watch right here while you're at it go ahead and create a keyframe for rotation position, as well then up here in the effects controls go to the very end of this clip and then create a new keyframe for each of these properties as well with this button add or remove keyframe so in between here we're going to add some changes to create this effect but we want the beginning, and end of this adjustment layer to be at the normal settings so let's go right here in the middle and we're gonna do sort of like a zoom in zoom out and then rotate in rotate out so let's scale it up to 115 and you'll notice that when I put my timeline indicator right here in the middle and then I type in a new number for scale it adds a keyframe same for rotation let's go to 2 so you can see this starting to work that it zooms in and then out zooms in and out now.

let's just add some position animation, and this is just going to be moving it down moving it around this is just trying to make it feel a little bit more organic so maybe 5 or 6 keyframes in the middle here you might want to play around and that's pretty good so let's play through it nice so you could go in and tweak those to see if you want more or less shake the other thing I did with this original version, was I added a subtle bit of blur to it and that was with the directional blur so type in directional direct and you'll see that the directional blur pops up we're going to apply it to the adjustment, layer again we're going to set keyframes at the beginning and end at 0 and 0 and then go to the end and apply these keyframes as well and then in the middle we're going to create our blur so first I'm going to increase the blur length just so I can see what its gonna look like and then adjust the direction to something like 77 degrees or something and then.

I'm gonna bring back my blur length to 15 again it depends on how dramatic you want to be pretty cool huh neat so now the beauty of this is we can just go to the next spot where the ball bounces, right there and then copy and paste this adjustment layer or simply hold the option key down and drag this clip that's on a Mac on a PC it would be can I believe alt clicking and dragging and we can just duplicate this camera shake over and over boom boom boom cool huh awesome so that's more of that earthquake style.

let's look at the handheld style I'm gonna show you two ways to do it one is basically the same thing with adjustment layer, so I'm actually not gonna walk through this entire sequence of what I did but you can see here that I've added this adjustment layer I've added the transform property and I've added position scale and rotation keyframes, the key is to be subtle so here you can see that there's just the subtle movement it's not like in the earthquake one and it's very very minimal adjustments, to all of these different properties so that's one way you can sort of custom manually do it but there's an easier and more organic way to do it that I got from my buddy Curt Anderson over at Adobe masters so what we are going to need is a stable shot that we want to add motion to which is the street shot.

so I'm just going to duplicate, this over here see how there's no motion at all and then

I'm going to need a shot that has motion so you do need that separate shot I can use this basketball shot and I'm just going to place it above this clip and I'm gonna, just make it the same length as that clip so see how this basketball shot has movement the camera movement already I'm basically going to use the warp stabiliser effect and reverse-engineer, it so it applying the movement that's being removed from this shot to this shot okay I know that's a little confusing but let's just show you how to do it so if we go to our effects type in warp we find warp stabiliser put this on top of the basketball clip and now it's going to analyze it and then we're going to change some settings so we actually want to change the method here from subspace warp to position you can also try position scale, and rotation but I've found that position seems to work best for this handheld motion style for framing.

we're gonna leave that stabilize crop and auto scale and then smoothness this will actually increase or decrease the amount of shake you have so the more smoothness the smoother, your footage is on this clip the shaky er it's going to be on the street clip that I'm adding camera shake to so now if I play through this while there's still movement it tries to do a little bit of stabilizing it doesn't matter if there's a if it's stable or not because what I'm going to do is actually copy this warp stabiliser effect selecting it command C on a Mac that'd be control C on a PC I'm gonna move that basketball clip now notice what happens I play this clip nothing's happening if I select this clip and then paste the warp stabiliser, effect notice how there is now movement so you get this more organic natural movement.

so if that's a little bit too much movement, we can go in here let's drop this down to like something like 10 percent copy this again go to this other clip oops not delete the clip but delete the effect and then paste it so now you see that's a little bit less of hand movement now, this organic movement is going to depend on what clip we are using to add the warp stabilizer to so you can use different Clips to get different kinds of handheld movement but again this is a quick way to create that organic handheld motion without having to go through and manually keyframe it yourself.

Trending Shake Preset Pack

January 22, 2022 0

Trending  Shake Preset Pack Alight Motion

Today I'd be showing you how to do the shake effect in Alight Motion

Also another term is like maybe the the hit effect it's gonna basically be shaking the footage under our control so little before just someone punching, right like so nothing too interesting now when we add in our footage you'll notice that there is this sort of this punch this kick to it when he punches and it makes everything sort of tie together it gives it more force more action.

we're gonna be doing today this is a very flexible effect, it can be used for really anything if you want to use it to like bump to a beat or sort of do something a car accident or any other sort of hits or where you just want to move it to a element a plot element then this is the perfect effect for you so first things first all we got to do is create ourselves a new sequence I'm gonna I can close out the sequence,

I have take my footage right here, and just drag it in and it'll create itself a new sequence with all of these settings I got this footage from Envato elements which is a great place if you want to have basically unlimited amounts, of stock footage it's a monthly fee and you can download as much as you want even creates like the licensing and stuff for you which I am a big fan of if you are interested in that go ahead and check out the link in the description below it's a great deal for what you get and I love using it we are then going to go into our footage here and you'll notice that it starts off in slow motion.

we don't want it in slow motion, so I'm gonna go ahead and right click go speed duration and just double the speed and it pretty much looks like fast motion now now what we need to do is we got to duplicate the footage so click on it hold the Alt key and drag up and you'll see that we now just have an exact replica, and what we want to do is we want to cut right before the hits so right about here move forward until after the hits are done right about there and then throw away the back footage you can click the delete key or you can right click and then go up to clear to remove, that we then have the footage and we are ready to begin first things first.

we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna go to the beginning, of the footage we're going to look for an effect called transform now we could just use the position up here in motion however, we lose the ability to add motion blur if we do that so what we're gonna do is we're going to drag on the transform and we're going to use these motion effects instead of these motion, effects this will again allow us to add a little motion blur make it all look a little bit better we're gonna click on our footage.

we're then going to go into position click the little keyframe right here, we're then going to move forward and try to find the point where we want it to start maybe right about here go one frame two frames forward give it a little bit of a kick to the right we don't want to do too extreme the reason we're copying is because now the bottom layer, is sort of helping us there's not a black bar right here but if we go too far it becomes really noticeable so we just want to go a few frames up and down maybe like so if you want to do something a little bit more intense what you can do is you can actually zoom, it in so if we for example zooms it into 110 we now have the ability to move it a lot farther and it's still within our footage you just have to zoom it in a bit so it's your choice on how you want to do it don't want to zoom in past about 115 anything past that and you start losing, a lot of resolution so you have two options there either zoom it or just kind of keep it normal and make the movements very very tiny and that's what we're gonna do we're gonna make the tiny movements here.

so I'm gonna move just a little bit over we move just a little bit up and now you'll see that when we hit it moves just a bit so then after our movement, we can click on the footage and then jump to our last keyframe, here we're to move maybe one two and then we want to reset it so we just move it out for just a second and then have it come back you can see we have just a little bit of a hit right there maybe we want to add just a little bit more flare to that so all we have to do is just find the point where it hits where we moved it and maybe make it instead of 974 like 999 90 yeah and then maybe just a tad bit more on the up here and then now let's take a look yeah it looks a little bit stronger, now and so now we're gonna do the exact same thing for the next one so create a keyframe right before they hit maybe Ray y'all do here because that actually isn't moved we'll have to choose which frame we wanna do it maybe I'll put it right here.

I'm gonna add the keyframe move, forward one or two frames really accent that hit a bit have it kind of out have it come up a bit the reason I'm going this direction is because that's kind of the way the force of the punch is going so I'm trying to move with the force of the punch move forward one or two frames, reset it and then now we have nice one-two right there and you can see that there's a nice sort of a strong movement with that last hit now we got to clean this up a little bit first things first let's add in that motion blur gonna go unchecked uncheck the use composition shutter, angle go to the shoulder angle bring it all the way up like so the more you bring it up the more motion blur since we're doing small motion.

I'm gonna bring it up as high as possible to try to add as much motion blur, as I can you see that it's not much but it does move just a little bit it blurs everything in the direction and that just kind of cleans up the action just a little bit and then we're gonna go into our effects I'm going to look for something called, cross dissolve cross dissolve is going to blend us in with the background a little bit better so click on this and drag it down we can zoom.

we want is a couple frames here, and what this is gonna do is it's gonna blend us in with the bottom here, so it looks a little bit less noticeable whenever we go through it now we're gonna hit play you can see that we're having a pretty good effect right here so boom boom and if you notice that you watch it one time you won't notice it but if you watch it over and over you're starting to see that maybe this is moving too far off the background with the movement, and so maybe we want to try change it up a bit and maybe add just a tiny bit of zoom to it like 105 if we're gonna do it like that and now if you do that you gotta realize that if you zoom the top layer in the cross dissolves might need to be dropped otherwise.

you're gonna get that weird sort of zoom and zoom out, so we have the punch right there of course we can always touch it up now that we have a little zoom on it let's kind of bring it out even more a little bit bring it up some and you can see it blurs even more and now we kind of have a really strong hit happening here, that second one I say could he be even more powerful as well so bring it over really make that move maybe make that one go down and there we go now we got like a really strong sort of punch it makes this look incredibly strong.

shake effect it's not that hard of an effect to pull off you just sort of add a little bit of motion blur use the transform, tab if you need to cross as all if you need to zoom it in and you can do this anywhere in your footage and have a really really solid and reliable and flexible way of adding the shake effect thanks I remember joining me if you have any question or comments go in the comment section below, on our website at ob masters dotnet if you want to see more videos some of this one go and that subscribe button I make a video every other day or at least I try to ah and it's all that's done guys see ya you

How To Make Trending Simple Badass Transition Tutorial In Alight Motion Tutorial

Hello video creators welcome to Rc Edits today we're going to Simple Badass Transition making shapes with the track matte key effect to create the following transitions

Were just few examples of what you can do with this technique once you understand how this works you'll see that the possibilities are endless and now after this energetic intro i'll slow it down and show you step by step how it's done inside premiere pro right after the message of our sponsor squarespace if you want to build your own website or web store then definitely check out squarespace i've used them for more than two years now and i can confirm that it's easy to start with their award-winning templates even if you don't have any experience with web design and their templates are built in such a way that will look great on any device like your pc tablet or smartphone use the link tourism to get the free trial or 10 discount on your first purchase the links can be found in the video description

Add Video Clips:

Now i'm going to show you how to make this transition in adobe premiere pro inside premiere, i've already got these two clips on the timeline that will come to use for the demo we're going to start by moving the second video to the second track of the timeline and let it overlap for a few seconds with the first video here you can see the duration, of the overlap which will also be the duration for the transition

next we're going to switch to the eraser tool by hitting the c key and then cut the second video at the end of the first video and after that we can switch back to the selection tool by hitting the v key and then i'll move the left over of the second video back to the first track because this is the part that we're going to use for the transition.

Add Shapes:

now it's time to add a shape to the video and in this case we're going to add a circle and we're going to do this with the ellipse tool that you can find here, which is often hidden under the pen tool we can now simply left-click somewhere in the program monitor and then draw a circle and by holding this shift key you can make a perfect circle instead of making an oval shape for the transition we'll need a circle that is about this big now we need to switch back to the selection tool by hitting the v key or click this icon here

next i'm going to shorten the duration of the graphic layer so it will match with the transition in the next steps we'll come to animate the circle make sure you've got the graphic layer, selected and head over to the effects control panel in here i'm going to open up the shape layer and then enable keyframes for position and skill by clicking on the stopwatch icon and then

i'm going to zoom out in the program monitor because we need to work outside of the frame now we're going to start the animation here in the right bottom corner.

Keyframes:

So i'm going to play around with position values until the circle is just out of the frame it might be a little hard to see but the position of the circle is here where the red box is and that's our starting position as well so we're going to move these two keyframes, to the beginning and for the next set of keyframes

we're going to move the circle back into the frame and then we're going to scale it up so it will fill up the entire frame and with these two sets of keyframes, we've created this animation and to make the animation a bit more smoother.

we're going to right click on the last set of keyframes and then select ease in and for the first set of keyframes, we'll select ease out and finally i will also move the last set of keyframes, to the end of the transition and this is what we've got so far next we're going to use this white shape to reveal the second video and to do this we need to add the track matte key effect in the effects panel ation by right clicking on the first keyframe and then select ease out and for the last keyframe we're going to select ease in and for the middle keyframes, we're going to select bezier and this is what we've got so far and to finish it off we can also enable the stroke for the rectangle and also here i'm using a gray color and i will also increase the width of the stroke and because, we've already selected the luma option you can see the results right away and that's it for this one let's have a look at the final results okay i've got one more example for you so let's go for this transition.

Second Keyframes:

we're going to add two rectangles, with the rectangle tool i'm going to add the first one on the top half of the frame and the second one on the bottom half and then i'll move back to the timeline and cut the tracks with the razor tool and remove, the parts that we don't need with the selection tool select the graphics layer move over to the effects control panel and then enable keyframes, for position for the first shape then i'm going to move this keyframe with the final position to the end of the transition and then we'll reposition the rectangle all the way to the left outside of the frame and then move this keyframe.

Finally:

The beginning of the transition now we're going to do the same steps with the keyframes, for the next shape but in this case we'll move it to the opposite direction and also move the first keyframe, to the beginning of the transition and finally we'll also add ease in and ease out keyframes to make the animation more smoother and that's it for this example let's have a look at the final results and that also concludes this premiere pro tutorial i hope you enjoyed this one and if you did you might also want to check out this video anyway as always thanks a lot for watching, and i hope you have a wonderful day

Zoom+ Lens Blur Transition

January 16, 2022 0

Trending Zoom + Lens Blur Transition Tutorial

Introduction:

Today i'm going to show you how to zoom in Alight Motion, also you will see how you can create different zoom effects on your footage so when zooming into our footage it all comes down to using the scale parameter here in your effects controls.

So you can use the scale parameter to zoom in zoom out your clip you can also use your position parameter, your x value to move your clip left and right and your y value to move your clip up and down and you can reset any of these parameters, by hitting this arrow here and reset it back to the default values now one of the easiest ways to zoom in on a clip is to use what they call a punch cut or cut to close up and for this type of a zoom you don't need any key framing i have a clip here in the timeline.

Position:

i'm just going to move my playhead over, i'm going to make two cuts here on this clip hit c for the razor tool make one cut right there bring my head over and this is where i want my punch cut to end so i'll make another cut right here hit my v key to go back to my selection tool and then i'm going to select that middle clip

Add Keyframes:

i'm going to adjust my scale parameter and zoom in and i'm going to change my x and y values kind of center this and so as i play this back here is my zoom in or my punch, cut and now it's going to go back to the wide view and that's the easiest way to zoom if you don't want to use any keyframing, so now with this clip here we're going to zoom and we're going to use keyframes to enable keyframing come up to your effects controls, and if you're going to use position and scale together or one or the other you would click on the stopwatch right here and right away it creates default keyframes and if you move your playhead over.

let's say i want to scale this up and when i made a change to the scale at the position of my playhead it made another keyframe and if i play this back you can see it zoomed and the distance between the initial keyframes, and the last one is the amount of time it takes for your clip to zoom in and if you need to move your keyframes at the same time just highlight them and they both turn blue and you can move them back and forth to change your starting position or your ending position or your keyframing, now to help with a smoother zoom you can highlight in this case the first keyframes and right click and come down here to temporal interpolation and say ease out and you notice that your keyframes change shape.

i'm going to do this to my second keyframe and right click and say ease in so what we're doing here is we're actually creating a bit of acceleration, into the motion rather than to just abruptly starting and stopping so this should make it a little bit smoother looking played that back next to position, and scale if you drop down this arrow you see that your key frames have a graphical representation, and so you can grab these handles and these will give you more control over your zoom so if you want to zoom out it's basically the reverse so if i have my clip selected here and i'm going to click on scale and position to make my default keyframes.

Add Effects:

we're going to have a zoom and it's going to zoom in in the middle of two clips and it's going to have some motion blur, first you're going to come down here to the bottom of the project panel and click on this icon that's where it says new item and add adjustment layer and so i'm making sure that it is the same as my sequence and then drag that adjustment layer, over my clips that's the way it looks and put my playhead right in between the two clips and i'm going to select that adjustment layer and go into my effects and search for transform effect and i'm going to drop that on my adjustment layer.

Angle:

i'm going to make a couple of adjustments and come down here to my transform effect, and scroll down and uncheck to use composition shutter angle,  and change that shutter angle to 360 this is going to create our motion blur in the transition now without moving the playhead i'm coming over to scale and i'm going to change the value to 300 and use my left arrow key and move my playhead back, three frames and i'm going to change my scale to 100 and so that created another keyframe there and i'm going to hit this arrow here that says go to next keyframe that's the first keyframe and then

Ending:

i'm going to use my right arrow key and move over one frame and then click add remove keyframe, i have a new keyframe there and then i'm going to use my right arrow key to go over five frames and then here's where i'm going to change the scale back to 100 and if you want you can change the position, of these keyframes to change your timing but here's the motion blur in our transition you want more tutorials like this click or tap on one of the videos on the screen now and remember, it's never too late to learn thanks for watching see you in the next video you

 Ae Inspired Transition Tutorial

                 Advanced Transition Tutorial

hey everybody Nathaniel Dodds from Tuck vidcom and today we're gonna talk about some  Alight Motion, video editing specifically this blurring whip pan a transition it's so easy to make and save you can save it as a preset you're absolutely gonna love it it's so sweet and smooth and just right now if you do enjoy this tutorial, make sure you subscribe to the channel

so you can check out all the Alight Motion After Effects, video editing tutorials you're gonna love it in fact let's check out the transition right here right now as we transition into this tutorial hey so check that out pretty cool right now what we're going to do is we've got this clip of a lion and it's gonna transition,to this leopard now here's what we need to do first and foremost we need to come over here and choose the new item icon down here in our project bin and choose to create a new adjustment layer yep that looks great 1920 1080 that's the size of my sequence perfect.

what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna drag it out and I'm just gonna drop it here near the split in my Clips right and I can just drag it out again I can make it as big as I want we're gonna kind of specify how big we want this adjustment layer to be in just a moment what I'm gonna do is have my down arrow key now the down arrow key is gonna move the playhead, to the end of the currently while currently targeted tracks in this case V's 1 through 3 are all targeted so any clips on those tracks are going to you know it's gonna respect the end of a clip so you can see it moves us exactly to the end of the Lions clip right at the beginning of the leopard clip all right I'm gonna hold my shift key and I'm gonna hit my left arrow key and just bump the playhead backward 5 frames and then I'm gonna take the end of my adjustment layer, clip it to there and then .

I'm gonna bump forward so hold down shift and hit the right arrow key once to bring me back to the split and the click and then I'll probably go like 1 2 to put it ten frames past because the the transitional, kind of really slow down as we enter the next clip alright so this is how it's gonna work five frames before the transition 10 frames after let's add some effects to this adjustment layer we're gonna come here to our effects panel I'm gonna hit the little search bar here I'm gonna type in offset and you can see there it is video effects, distort offset

I'm just gonna drag that out and drop it on the adjustment layer now this is a 1920 by 1080 document so the center X point is half the 1920 divided by 2 which is 960 now I want my offset to move a full like one frame see how this legree duplicates the frame and slides it over so I want this to get to negative 960 so I'm gonna type negative 960 just like that right and then I'm gonna, move my playhead over kind of to almost at the end of the adjustment layer you see there's the end of the adjustment layer, but I'm working up here in my animation timeline because right here on shift to Center I'm gonna select this little stopwatch which as Premiere Pro is telling me is the toggle animation button and that's going to drop what's called a keyframe.

RIght out there great let's add another keyframe we're gonna do it before this because we we want this offset animation to take place over the course of the adjustment layer so just move the playhead back before that keyframe we just dropped and all we need to do is hit this reset parameter arrow that's gonna reset our shift Center to the default.

Ending:

Adjustment layer you really can't go wrong save it as a preset be done with it and you know you lock in your keyframe so you don't to keep reanimating everything and it's just a nice compact tight little package for you if you really enjoy this type of transition so for creating this transition, in Premiere Pro and everything that goes along with it guys thanks for watching and that's it get it got it good Nathaniel Dodds InTouch vidcom I'll catch you in the next one and before you go make sure you subscribe to my channel for more great tutorials every day also by my course it helps us do what we do and this channel is supported by viewers just like you you can also just click the thumbnail and watch another video from this channel see you next time guys

Flip Layer Transition Xml Download

 Trending Flip Transition

                    Flip Transition Transition

Introduction:

Hello everybody video Lancer is on in this video I will show you how to create such a zoom transition directly in Alight Motion, last time we reviewed how to create the similar transition and Alight Motion but as contrasted to After Effects Alight Motion, is rather limited in tools for creation of any effects so it is impossible to achieve, the same level of quality however we will make the most similar transition out of the available effects

Transition:

so let's start create a new adjustment layer, and place it above the first clip shorten the adjustment layer so that its duration was no longer than a quarter of a second now we'll make zoom out animation, to do this it is necessary to add mirrored image copies in order to fill these holes it is easy to do in Alight Motion with the help of motion tile effect but unfortunately there is no similar effect in Alight Motion.

so we have to use more complicated workaround rename adjustment layer, and to tile and use replicate effect set count parameter on three apply mirror effect place reflection Center accurately on the junction of two tiles copy mirror effect and make reflection for the opposite side you repeat these actions for upper and lower tiles you duplicate this adjustment layer, to the third video track remove unnecessary effects and call it scale in now apply.

Transform:

transform effect set scale value on 300 this will return image size into its original scale, due to tripling the image has lost its original quality but take into account that the transition will be quick and blurred so quality change, will be quite obscure set animation key for scale on the first frame of the layer set value 100 in the end of the layer let's add motion blur, to do this switch off this checkbox and set maximum value for shutter angle to do smoother animation edit keys graphs you.

now let's create animation for the second part of the transition duplicate, the adjustment layer and call it scale out edit Keys graphs in order to make ending of the transition smooth you now let's add chromatic aberrations duplicate, the adjustment layer on the 4th video track remove unnecessary effects and call it aberrations extend the lair until it is a little longer than layers with scale animation, apply VR Digital glitch effect to this layer set zero value for parameter distortion rate animate parameter color distortion.

Keys:

so that the peak was at the junction you make animation smoother with the help of graphs you now we'll add optical distortions apply lens distortion effect, animate parameter curvature so that the peak was at the junction you in order for animation to look better keys graphs, for scale and curvature can be edited a little it's ready in the final.

let's add a sound effect you you it's ready as effects of this transition are distributed, on several layers it's impossible to save it as a standard preset however you can create nest sequence for it that can be used in other projects now you can drag this transition from project panel, into any sequence before doing this you have to switch on the option of inserting sequence from other sequences you that is all if you like similar effects.

Ending:

you can get thousands of similar transitions ready for use all the transitions are professionally, animated and also they include a sound effect for convenience every transition has preview and is applied by simple drag-and-drop, method if you want to get this package please follow the link you can see on the screen I do hope this video tutorial was useful for you subscribe to my channel not to miss new video tutorials this was video Lancer see you later.

 Transition Preset Base Pack

                       Transition Preset

Hi Guy's

watch these 10 presets

So I hope you like this video this is uncle paddy and welcome back to my channel so today we're gonna be learning how you can apply all these effects in Alight Motion, and I'm gonna give away all these presets for free so you can download the link is in the description once you download these preset extract the zip folder and go to the preset and import presets and you will see if I like this ten free smooth transition pack on kepada films

Movie Frames:

So just click open I already got it so I'm just gonna search you're on kit and these are all the presets so let's start with the first video as you can see that in the first video the motion is going downward, so we can apply this slide down effect here as you can see that this effect is of 20 frames so we can zoom in and cut the 20 frames now read the description here 10 frames left and 10 frames right so we're gonna go 10 frames, left using the shift and the left arrow key twice and click ctrl K shift arrow key twice and shift right arrow key twice hit ctrl K so these are 20 frames now in the effect see that 20 frames on adjustment layer.

okay so we're gonna apply this effect on the edges mid layer for that we will create the adjustment layer, just right click new item adjustment layer click OK drag this adjustment layer and cut here so this is the 20 frames adjustment layer and apply the effect on the 20 frame.

Layer Adjustment:

I'm gonna apply the zoom in effect here as you can see that this is the 12 frames 6 frames on the left and the 6 frames on the right on the adjustments, so just 5 frames on the left and then 1 frame on the left click ctrl K and shift right arrow key 5 frames and one frame again using the right arrow key click ctrl key and drag this adjustment layer again so this is our 12 frames effect now apply the zoom in for the 12 frame and the one thing to note here is that this base preset will not be applied on the left side here only on the right side as you can see in the description, as well for zoom in apply only on the right video and for zoom out apply only on the left video so apply this bass preset only on the right video for zooming in anytime.

Applying Effects:

You just don't need to remember this you just need to see that in the base we set here so this is I was zooming in effect, I'm just gonna play this for you same for the zoom out this is my left video and this is my right video just click shift left arrow key and one arrow key hit ctrl K and go for six frames one two three four five six apply the adjustment layer here, and cut it this is our adjustment layer applied the zoom out effect on adjustment layer and apply the piece preset, only on the Left video so this is our effect zoom out effect now you can apply this effect on any video but just see that the motion should be going in that direction for example if your video is going in the right direction apply, the right effect your video is going in the left direction applied the left effect.

So guys,I hope you like this tutorial and if you like this then please hit a like button and subscribe to my channel and I'm gonna see you in my next video till then take care bye.
